Erik Kristensen
Erik Kristensen is a founding partner of Kristensen Law PLLC
a firm specializing in matrimonial and family law in the New York metro area. His practice covers litigation, appeals, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters.
A recognized leader, Erik holds numerous peer-reviewed awards and leadership roles in the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations. He advises on family law legislation and frequently teaches continuing legal education courses.
As Chair of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and
Co-Chair of the New York State Bar’s Legislative Committee, Erik drafts opinions on family law legislation and has successfully handled many appeals. He regularly lectures on family law, tax, and financial matters. Erik graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1996 and has practiced exclusively in family law since 2000, serving clients throughout New York.
